Giorgio RivettiGiorgio has been travelling to the US for over 20 years and has seen the market grow in potential for high end quality and indigenous wines. He very much enjoyed having had the opportunity to meet the final American consumer that enjoyed the product La Spinetta has been making. In 2006 he decided to take selling his wine in the US to another level and founded his own import company. Along with La Spinetta wines he chose other quality producers, with a large focus on terrior and authenticity, as Giorgio sees the future in Italian wine export in exactly those characteristics.
Giorgio as the general manager owns INDIGENOUS and overseas the strategic decision making and planning of the business. He is also largely involved in sales, as he spends more than 4 months per year traveling in the US, representing La Spinetta, Contratto and the other brands of the portfolio.
