It is beautifully balanced, mineral-intense yet fresh with a silken wave of fine bubbles and nuances of custard that add richness toward the close. The wine leaves a pleasantly chewy sensation and hints of orange sorbet while finishing long and crisp. These are vibrant, energetic wines that display remarkable purity and complexity.
