Wine Details

Ronco Dei Tassi Pinot Grigio Collio DOC

Only the best fruit is used for this single-variety bottling. This is an excellent, fruit-driven expression of Pinot Grigio. Fresh pear and ripe apple on the nose give way to rich flavors of kumquat, quince and fresh herbs in the mouth are supported by a nice acidity, making this an excellent wine to pair with a variety of foods.

Ronco Dei Tassi Pinot Grigio Collio DOC 2021

International Wine Review (92)- "Medium copper bronze color. Scents of dried herbs and orchard fruit. Full and broad in the mouth with good concentration of flavor, firm acidity, and a long, long finish. An outstanding Pinot Grigio with a beautiful mouth feel and strong sense of minerality. Sourced from 25-year-old vines of the 3 ha Montona Vineyard."
