Italian Wine Report (91)- "Bright, medium deep yellow; aromas of bell pepper, chervil and pear. Medium-full with very good ripeness, this has notable typicity with its herbal notes on the nose and finish. There is very good acidity, good persistence and excellent harmony. Enjoy this with strongly flavored seafood over the next 3-5 years."
Wine Advocate (91)- "The Ronco dei Tassi 2019 Collio Sauvignon is a classic expression of this aromatic grape that pays tribute to the northern Italian territory that shaped it. The wine is varietally pure with tropical tones of lime, lemongrass and bitter almond. However, it also brings in the slightly creamy or soft textural richness that is a hallmark of the whites made in this mountainous corner of the peninsula. This is a crisp, tangy wine with loads of personality to pair with takeout Thai green curry. Some 20,000 bottles of this vintage were produced."
James Suckling (91)- "Ripe-pear, pineapple, fresh-herb and lemon-curd aromas. It’s medium-bodied with tangy acidity and a gently waxy texture. Focused with a mineral finish. Drink now."
