The 2005 Barbaresco Riserva Vigneto Starderi Vürsù (only made in magnums) represents a step up in structure and opulence compared to the Barbaresco Riserva from the Gallina vineyard. The Starderi cru shows more power and muscle with evident brawn and a tight build. The wine never feels heavy and this is an important fact.
