Showing more creamy fullness and a more evolved bouquet, the 2011 Metodo Classico Special Cuvée Pas Dosé is a medium-bodied sparkler with hot-vintage characteristics and supple texture. You get lots of stone fruit, with hints of tropical fruit, followed by Italian lemon, brioche, candied fruit and toasted almond. This sparkler shows creamy, frothy beading, with dry mineral notes on the close.
