This is a wine of texture and mouthfeel developed thanks to lees aging and partial oak. It shows length, depth and a quality of aromas that veers toward orchard fruit, apricot, quince and poached pear. That characteristic Etna minerality adds extra sparkle and energy to the medium finish."
